Refunds and Return Policy

3-Day Refundable Deposit

Your deposit is fully refundable within 3 days only if your county or local authorities do not permit the construction of our building on your property. After 3 days, the deposit becomes non-refundable.

Custom Orders Are Final

All our buildings are custom-made to your specifications. Because of this, returns and exchanges are not accepted once an order has been placed and the 3-day window has passed.

Delivery & Installation Issues

If there are any problems with delivery or installation, please contact our customer service team. We will work promptly to resolve the issue or schedule a correction as needed.

Return Eligibility

We only accept returns or cancellations within 3 days if the customer’s county does not permit installation. Returns for reasons other than county restriction are not accepted, as all buildings are custom fabricated.

Restocking Fees

There are no restocking fees for eligible refunds within the 3-day period.

Refund Method & Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7 business days after approval.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges, as every building is uniquely built to order.
